Ride > Eat > Repeat: a mission
Ride > Eat > Repeat is more than food and motorcycle travel. We investigate how food shapes culture. Who were the people — and what was the time and place like — that brought us the taco? How does a community fish fry at a small town church create bonds of trust and togetherness?
And we look at history; why did poutine go from a regional dish to a national dish in Canada, and what changed as it came across the border to America?
Food crosses language and culture. We all need to eat, and times with loved ones are sweetened by what is on the table. From coffee and donuts to vegan barbecue, let’s strap on the riding boots and explore the world through a human lens, with food.
